Question 1

How do I verify my email?

Accepted Answer

After registration, open the SignalFlow email and follow the verification link. You can sign in after the address is successfully verified.

Question 2

What if the verification email does not arrive?

Accepted Answer

Wait a few minutes, check Spam and Promotions, confirm that the address is correct, and then request another verification email.

Question 3

How is the signal direction determined?

Accepted Answer

When a signal is requested, the neural model analyzes market data and forecasts a direction. A signal is issued only when the model has sufficient confidence. Any direction can produce a loss and is not investment advice.

Question 4

Why can’t I receive another signal immediately?

Accepted Answer

The next signal remains unavailable while the current signal’s expiration timer is running. You can request a new signal as soon as the timer ends.

Question 5

How is Win Rate calculated?

Accepted Answer

When the timer ends, the platform compares the entry price with the price at expiration. A matching move is a WIN; otherwise it is a LOSS. If the price is unchanged, the signal closes as EXPIRED and is excluded. Only closed signals appear in the Win Rate denominator, so new pending signals do not lower it.

Question 6

Are there limits on the number of signals?

Accepted Answer

There is no daily limit on the number of signals. You can request a new signal after the current signal’s timer ends. The available expiration times are 1, 3, and 5 minutes.

Question 7

Does the neural network generate user signals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The neural model generates user signal directions from market data. If data or confidence is insufficient, no signal is issued.

Question 8

How does autotrading work?

Accepted Answer

Choose the account type, amount, expiration, strategy, and stop conditions, then start a session. Before every trade, the server checks the Binodex catalog, selects an available currency pair with suitable conditions, sends the order to the broker, and records the outcome in the journal after expiration.

Question 9

How are DEMO and REAL different?

Accepted Answer

DEMO uses virtual Binodex funds and is intended for testing the interface and settings. REAL sends orders to the connected real account. Before every real order, the server checks access, the broker minimum, balance, and the full series budget.

Question 10

Which strategies are available?

Accepted Answer

The fixed strategy uses the same amount for every trade. The Martingale strategy increases the next stake after a loss using the selected multiplier and returns to the starting amount when the cycle ends. You also set a loss limit, profit target, and consecutive-loss stop.

Question 11

Does a session continue after the tab closes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The session runs on the server and does not depend on an open page. Stopping prevents new trades; an order already sent to the broker completes at its expiration and then appears in the journal.

Question 12

Do I need to choose a currency pair manually?

Accepted Answer

No. Before a new trade, the server loads available Binodex pairs and automatically selects a suitable pair with the best available payout for the chosen expiration.

Question 13

Are the chart quotes real?

Accepted Answer

Forex and OTC charts use Binodex candles and live quotes. If the provider is temporarily unavailable, the chart may switch to a clearly labeled fallback simulation. This is not investment advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Question 14

What do “Live” and “Updating” mean?

Accepted Answer

Live means the browser has a continuous quote-stream connection. “Updating” means it is using the fallback HTTP channel and receives fresh data periodically. If prices remain unchanged for a long time, refresh the page and check your connection.

Question 15

What happens when Forex is closed?

Accepted Answer

Closed Forex pairs are marked in the interface and cannot be selected for a new signal until the market opens. OTC pairs are shown separately and follow the Binodex schedule.

Question 16

How are Forex and OTC different?

Accepted Answer

Forex uses regular currency pairs and follows market hours. OTC is a separate Binodex market with its own quotes and schedule. Always check the label of the selected pair.

Question 17

What happens when I change my password?

Accepted Answer

All active sessions are closed immediately. Passwords are stored as argon2id hashes, refresh tokens are single-use, and reuse of an exchanged token is treated as a compromise that closes every session.

Question 18

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A signed-in user can delete the account from profile settings after confirming the password. Active sessions and related user data are removed with the account; contact support if you cannot sign in.

Question 19

Does the platform execute trades?

Accepted Answer

SignalFlow does not accept or hold deposits. In regular signals, users place trades themselves. In autotrading, the server sends orders to the connected Binodex account only after the user starts a session and only within the selected settings.

Question 20

Where is planner progress saved?

Accepted Answer

While signed out, planner settings and completed days are stored only in the current browser. After sign-in, plans sync with the account and are stored in the SignalFlow database; a local copy helps continue work in that browser.

Question 21

Does planner progress sync between devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After signing in to the same account, plans and recorded progress are available on both computers and phones. Wait for the “Synced with account” status to confirm that saving has completed. Signed-out data remains on the current device only.
